| 摘 要： | 在我国各级公共图书馆服务体系中,省级公共图书馆是不可或缺的一环,起着承上启下的重要作用。在省级公共图书馆的各项工作和管理中,经费的来源及其管理十分关键。深入探究图书馆的经费收支状况,有助于掌握整体的发展态势,同时使图书馆达到开源节流的目的。2006—2010年的《中国图书馆年鉴》和《中国文化文物统计年鉴》的相关数据表明,政府对图书馆事业的投入及图书馆在其自身发展的支出中存在某种程度的随意性;政府对地市、县市级基层图书馆建设的投入日益加大,省级图书馆建设的投入比重则相对下降;虽然地区间差异仍旧明显,但距离在不断缩小。
