| 摘 要： | 按照系统论的观点,联盟组织知识共享系统由知识共享主体、知识共享客体与联盟内部环境三方面要素组成。这三项要素之间相互联系、相互影响,共同支撑与制约组织间的知识共享。要使联盟成员积极参与知识共享并取得良好成效,需要合理安排联盟成员合作的战略架构,建立良好的联盟伙伴关系,并进行跨组织知识培训,提升成员组织的组织学习能力与协作水平。
