| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆在借阅范围、借阅数量、借阅时间等方面根据读者类型不同的区别服务,有悖平等服务原则。而根据文献类型、出版年代对文献进行分库,不同的文库采用不同的借阅数量和借阅期限,设计借阅权分流累积制,可有效满足读者的借阅需要。
