| 摘 要： | 图书馆法是图书馆事业发展的法律保障。我国目前已经有10多个省、市、自治区颁布了地方性公共图书馆法规。这些法规的颁布为我国公共图书馆事业发展带来了契机,使我国公共图书馆事业得到了快速的发展。然而,受地方性立法的局限,我国公共图书馆事业尚存在一些未能解决的普遍性问题,有待于制订全国性的公共图书馆法予以解决。
