| 摘 要： | 20世纪60年代至今．经过几十年的研究和摸索，教师的专业化教育和发展在西方发达国家已相当成熟，教师的从业标准也大大提高，教师的资格认定完全走向了正规化和法制化。时教师专业化教育的认识尤其深刻。同一时期，我国的教师教育起步较晚，对教师专业地位的认知较少，对教师教育的专业化发展知之更少．以法律形式确定教师的专业地位、保障教师的专业化发展也就是近两年的事，笔者正是在这种情形下，对我国教师的专业化发展中必须要厘清的几个问题进行了较为详尽的研究和探讨．以期纠正目前存在的教师专业教育和专业化发展过程中一些误区。

| Abstract: | This paper first explains the reality of certifying teachers' qualification both in the western countries and in China, and then it makes an all-round discussion on some issues in the specialization of teaching profession in the hope that some long-standing mistaken ideas in teachers' speciality education and their profession specialization would be corrected. |
