| 摘 要： | 中国特色社会主义文化作为当代的先进文化，是中国特色社会主义经济和政治的集中反映；是符合中国国情的，体现社会主义时代精神，揭示社会主义本质要求和发展趋势的新文化。它具有实事求是的科学性、鲜明的时代性、浓厚的民族性、广泛的群众性、兼收并蓄的开放性和锐意改革的创新性等特点。新时期，加强中国特色社会主义文化建设是代表先进文化的前进方向，开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的必然要求，是增强我国综合国力，提升我国国际竞争力，实现中国“和平崛起”国际战略新思维的必然抉择，是促进人的全面发展，实现人的自我解放的必然归宿，是妥善应对我国改革开放进入关键时期所遇到的各种挑战与困境的明智之举。

| Abstract: | Socialist culture with Chinese characteristics is the concentrated reflection of the economy and politics of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, which is in line with China＇ s national conditions and embodies the socialist spirit of the times, revealing the essential requirement of the socialism and the development of new culture. It has the characteristics of seeking t~th from facts, clear-ctJt times, a strong national character, a wide range of mas- ses, the mix of openness and innovation of the reform. In the new period, strengthening the building of socialist cul- ture with Chinese characteristics is the orientation of representing advanced c~Jhure, the inevitable requirement ~ff cre- ating a new situation in building the socialism with Chinese characteristics, the inevitable choice of enhancing China＇ s comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness and achieving the international new strategic ideas of China＇ s ＂peaceful rise＂, the inevitable destination of promoting human overall development and self - liberation, and the wise choice of dealing with various challenges and difficulties encountered in the critical period of the China＇ s reform and opening up. |
