摘    要:随着“素质教育“”终身体育”等教学理念的确立以及普通高校游泳教学改革的目标,既要重视学生的技能掌握和体质提高也要重视培养学生的自我锻炼能力和参与意识,为实现终身参与体育锻炼的教学目标奠定基础。通过理论研究和教学实践认为,快乐教学法是较为有效的、富有趣味性且实用性较强的教学方法。快乐教学法适合现代大学生的心理、生理特点,并对学生身心健康的发展,完美人格的形成有促进作用。

Discussion on the Functions of Adoping"Happy Teaching" to Forster Interests of the Students in the College Swimming Teaching Class

Abstract:According to the theories of"quality oriented education" and"life long sports" the college swimming teaching should set its aim at improving not only the students'skills and physical quality but also the ability of self-training and the consciousness of participation so as to set a basis for fulfilling the aim of lifelong sports.Based on the theories and the practical research,we find that the"happy teaching"is a kind of effective,interesting and useful teaching method.The"happy teaching"is suitable to the college student's physical and psychological features,and it will do great help to forming the students'healthy body as well as the perfect personality.
