| 摘 要： | 构建高校和谐校园是高校当前在创建和谐社会的历史进程中所面临的一项重要课题。依法治校是构建高校和谐校园的基石。依法治校在构建高校和谐校园居于统领地位,具有保护师生民主权利、平衡和调节校园利益关系、维护校园安全稳定的关键作用,必须加强和完善依法治校的措施、促进高校和谐校园建设。

| Abstract: | Building harmonious schools is an important task facing the universities and colleges on the condition of building a harmonious society.Governing schools according to law is the basis of building harmonious universities and colleges.This article analyses the important role of governing schools according to law in the course of building harmonious universities and colleges.On the basis of this,it provides some measures of governing schools according to law and promoting the construction of harmonious universities and colleges. |
