论我国职业经理人的激励机制和约束机制

摘    要:我国职业经理人正处在成长发展时期。理论与实践证明,激励机制是造就职业经理人的主要手段,约束机制是造就职业经理人的必要手段。但我国却存在着对职业经理人的激励不足、约束不到位的情况。本文对其缺失的原因进行分析,并探讨建立有效的职业经理人激励机制与约束机制的对策和方法,为职业经理人的健康成长创造条件。

Abstract:Vocational managers in China are growing and developing now.Theories and fulfillments prove that,motivation mechanism is the main way which brings up the vocational managers,and restriction mechanism is the necessary way which brings up the vocational managers.But,China exists the problems about vocational managers,those are motivation shortage and restriction deficiency.This paper will analysis the reason of imperfection,and study to establish the effective countermeasures and methods for the vocational managers' motivation mechanism and restriction mechanism,creating a healthy condition for the growth of vocational managers.
