茄子籽中脂肪酸的GC-MS分析

摘    要:以乙醚为溶剂,用索氏提取法,对产于辽宁鞍山茄子籽油提取后,采用氢氧化钾一甲醇法对其进行衍生化.然后利用气相色谱.质谱联用的方法对其衍生物的化学成分进行了分离鉴定.通过检索NIST98谱图库,最后从茄子籽油中分离确定了13种脂肪酸,其中大多数为不饱和脂肪酸.同时运用峰面积归一化法通过G1701BA化学工作站数据处理系统测得各化学成分在脂肪酸中的相对百分含量.

Abstract:A simple method had been developed for the analysis of the fatty acids in eggplant by GC-MS.After the extraction using ether as solvent by Soxhlet's apparatus and esterification by potassium hydroxide-methanol,the components and corresponding content of the fatty acid components was determined.13 kinds of fatty acids were identified.The main ingredient is unsaturated fatty acid such as 8,11-Octadecadienoic acid.The method is simple and adapt for the future research of fatty acids of similar species.
