| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省冬季休闲体育的开展是落实《体育法》、《全民健身计划刚要》以及＂百万青少年上冰雪＂和＂全国亿万学生阳光体育运动＂的重要途径。对黑龙江省冬季休闲体育开展现状进行分析,认为当前存在政府职能部门重视冬季群众休闲体育、各群体冬季休闲健身的意识不同、冬季休闲体育发展尚不均衡等状况;提出提高重视程度,继续发挥政府职能部门的导向作用,加大宣传力度,培养群众终身体育意识和习惯,拓宽开展渠道,促进黑龙江省冬季群众休闲体育的全面发展等发展对策,为黑龙江省冬季休闲体育运动的全面发展提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | Heilongjiang leisure sports development is an important approach to fulfill Sports Law,Program of National Fitness and ＂Ice-Snow Sports for Million Teenagers＂,＂Sunshine Sports for Millions of Students Nationwide＂.After analyzing the current development of Heilongjiang winter leisure sport,the paper indicates some existing problems such as the governmental functional departments＇ underlining the winter mass leisure sport,different consciousness of winter leisure fitness from various people,still unbalanced winter leisure sports development.As a theoretical reference for further developing Heilongjiang winter leisure sport,it puts forward some countermeasures as follows： enhance understanding the importance,go on with the performance of governmental functional departments＇ guidance,reinforce the publicity,develop the mass consciousness and custom of lifelong fitness,broaden the development channels,advance the all-sided development of Heilongjiang winter leisure sport. |
