| 摘 要： | 会议电视是利用电视技术和通信网络召开异地会议的一种通信方式，利用会议电视的形式和功能，可使异地的师生如同身临其境地开展双向交互远程教育，基于会议电视的远程教育的类型从远距离学习的角度来看，可以分成三种类型，即上课型、讨论型和个体型，基于会议电视的远程教育具有与众不同的双向交互特点，在培养知识经济的高素质人才的今天，远程教育的这种交互性特点显得格外重要。

| Abstract: | The video conference is a mode of communication which is used to hold a meeting in different places by making use of the video technology and the communication net With the mode and function of the video conference, teachers and learners in places far away from each other can start their two-way distance teaching and learning activities as if they were participating in at the same place In view of distance learning, distance education based on the video conference can be divided into three types: Seminar Type, Discussion Type and Individual Type This form of distance education possesses the characteristic of two-way alternations. Nowadays, this characteristic possessed by the distance education plays an extremely important part in training qualified personnel |
