论企业竞争情报的关键情报课题

摘    要:关键情报课题(KITS)是一种识别和确定情报需求的过程,是最初确定竞争情报部门潜在任务的一种非常实用的方法。本文论述了关键情报课题的原理和特点,分析了关键情报课题的几种类型及其在企业竞争情报中的重要作用,以此说明关键情报课题对决策者做决策时起到的决定性作用,并对我国企业如何实施关键情报课题提出了建议与看法。

Abstract:The flow of key intelligence topics is not only a process in which the intelligence demand is identified and ensured,but also a highly practical method to determine potential assignment in competitive intelligence department from the very beginning.The principle and characteristic in the flow of key intelligence topics are given,then categories of it and their essential functions in company competitive intelligence are analyzed,on the base of which,the decisive part that KITS has made in decision-making for officers and experts is evaluated.The suggestion on how companies carry out KITS is also presented in this article.
