| 摘 要： | ＂十一五＂时期是河南省全面建设小康社会、奋力实现中原崛起的关键时期,也是扩大对外开放、实现开放型经济跨越式发展极为重要的历史机遇期。本文通过对河南对外开放工作现状、存在主要问题的分析,提出实现河南对外开放更大突破的举措。
