| 摘 要： | 通过对家族企业目标动力机制及可持续发展动力机制两个方面的分析,建立了家族企业社会责任与可持续发展的基模。在整个家族企业的发展系统中,承担企业社会责任与家族企业可持续发展两者之间是一致的,并且相互促进。家族企业的创始人在创立初期就要克服短视,将企业的社会责任与企业的竞争优势结合在一起,从经营目标和经营过程上给予保障。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis for dynamic mechanism of objective and sustainable family business, this paper builds the system archetype. It puts forward that it is identical for corporate social responsibility and sustainable family business and they promote each other. The founder of family business should put up with short time benefit and combine corporate social responsibility with competition advantage. |
