| Abstract: | The present paper aims to make a discussion of the characteristics of the TV broadcasting system in colleges .It points out that the system should have the following characteristics：college TV station should take in some programms that is helpful to the teaching;it should have the capacity of broadcasting the self- made programms ;it can transmitting both the CCTV education programms and that of the local TV station ; and it also has a double-way connecting suit. |
