| 摘 要： | 随着计算机技术、现代通讯技术、高密度存储技术的迅猛发展,中国数字图书馆工程已正式启动,中小学数字图书馆的建设已成为基础教育面临的一个研究课题,从数字图书馆的概念,中小学数字图书馆的现状, 如何建设中小学数字图书馆三个方面进行探讨,为中小学数字图书馆的建设提供了建设性指导。

| Abstract: | With the dramatically fast development of computer science, communication technology and high-density memory technology, digital library project in China have started. Thus, comes to us an up-to-date research subject on the construction of digital libraries in elementary and secondary schools. This paper reveals the present situation of elementary and secondary school digital libraries and gives some workable guidance for the improvement of such libraries. |
