我国优秀运动员现行奖励制度实施的局限性及完善措施

摘    要:建国以来我国优秀运动员奖励制度的实施极大地促进了我国竞技体育的发展。但近年来随着社会经济环境的变化、体育管理体制改革的深入,现行优秀运动员奖励制度在实施中存在奖励资金渠道不宽、奖励主体层次不清、奖金倒挂现象普遍、奖励的时效性较短、奖励重个人轻集体、奖励厚物质薄精神等问题。这些问题的存在一定程度上已影响了我国竞技体育的发展,因此有必要对其进一步完善。

Abstract:The implement of the athlete awarded system has highly improved the development of Chinese sports since the founding of new china.But in recent years along with the variety of social economy environment and the further reform of the sports manage ment system some problems exist in the current elite athlete awarded system,for example,the source channel of bonus is not so wide;the main part of award is not well organized;the reversed bonus is a universal phenomenon;the period of effectiveness of award is too short;individual award is particularly emphasized but collective award is neglected;material award is particularly emphasized but spiritual award is neglected.These problems have already affected the development of Chinese sports to a certain degree,so it is necessary to do some further perfect of the athlete awarded system.
