| 摘 要： | 外语教育的根本目的是培养和发展学生的外语素质 ,素质教育要由良好素质的教师去具体实施。外语教师素质的培养要围绕五个方面进行 :(1)外语理论与实践 ;(2 )语言学理论与外语学习理论 ;(3)学科心理与教育理论及教学实践 ;(4 )双语语言学对比理论 ;(5 )创新意识。
