| 摘 要： | 目的:观察四黄汤对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的形态学影响.方法:采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)复制糖尿病模型.用图象分析仪、光学显微镜定量观察肾小球毛细血管厚度、系膜增生情况的病理形态学改变.结果:四黄汤能明显抑制肾小球系膜及基底膜增生程度,与模型组比较差异显著(P＜0.05).结论:四黄汤对糖尿病大鼠肾小球系膜及基底膜增生具有一定抑制作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study experimentally the effect of Sihuang Soup on the changes of renal structure at the early stage of diabetes in rats. Methods: Rat models with diabetes were prepared by injecting streptozocin(i.p), and hyperplasia of glomerulus basement membrane and the thickness of mesangium were determined under light microscope and by image analyzer.Results: The hyperplasia dgree of mesangium and basement membrane were obviously inhibited among rats of treating group, significantly reduced than that in model group.(P<0.05). Conclusion: Sihuang Soup helds some inhibitory effect on hyperplasia of mesangium and basement of rats with diabetes. |
