| 摘 要： | 信息网络技术及传播手段发生重大变革，互联网已经成为高校学生获取知识和信息的重要渠道和表达思想、交流感情的重要场所，对大学生的心理产生重大影响．探讨了网络对理工科大学生学习和生活的主要影响，最后以中国科学技术大学为例，介绍和总结了利用网络对理工科大学生进行心理健康教育的几种有效方法．

Internet and Mental Health Education for Sci-tech University Students |

| Abstract: | Drastic changes take place in IT and Internet technologies and means of communication, and the Internet has worked an increasing importance for college students as a channel for acquiring information, expressing emotions and exchanging ideas, thereby exerting a major influence on their mentality. This paper focuses on four chief aspects of the Internet influence on the life and study of sci-tech university students. In view of the actual situation of the University of Science and Technology, some approaches are introduced and summarized by which the Internet is utilized in carrying out mental health education for students in sci-tech universities. |
