摘    要:合成了未见文献报道的10个标题化合物,所有化合物通过紫外光谱,红外光谱,核磁共振氢谱和元素分析表征,确定了化合物的组成和结构,并测定了它们对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌和大肠杆菌的抑制作用。抑菌活性试验表明,部分目标化合物具有较好的抑菌活性。

Abstract:The novel Compounds of Di-3,5-Dihydroxybenzoylhydrazide have been synthesized in the yields of 68.3 % ~94.4 %. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by means of UV, IR, HNMR and elemental analysis. Antibacterial activities tests have shown that the parts of aim compounds have abroad and excellent activities.
