| 摘 要： | 班级管理是一门艺术，树立“人本意识”，发扬教育民主，营造良好的教学环境，留给学生更多的自主空间，建立民主、平等、和谐的师生关系，充分发挥学生的主体作用，在班级管理中大力提倡民主风气，实施民主化管理，是搞好班集体建设的本质所在，是构建和谐班集体的灵魂。

| Abstract: | It＇s a kind of art to manage classes in school. As governers,we should make the students foster ＂Consciousness of their own＂, promote democracy, make good atmosphere. We should allow them to act on their own, and set up democracy, equality and harmoniousness between teachers and studentsr. We should let them play the main part role,advocate democratic atmosphere and invoke democratic in oue class manageable work. It＇s the essence to build a good class. Its the soul to build an atmosphere class. |
