摘    要:建立高效液相色谱法测定广玉兰中小白菊内酯含量的方法.采用ZORBAXSB—C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇(A)-水(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱(0~10min,10%—48%A;10~20min,48%-80%A),流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长210nm.结果表明,小白菊内酯的线性范围为0.188~2.820μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=9)为99.3%.证实该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于广玉兰中小白菊内酯的含量测定.

Abstract:To develop a HPLC method for determination of Parthenolide in Magnolia Grandiflora L. , a ZORBAX SB - C18 (4. 6 mm x 150 mm, 5 μm) column was adopted. The mobile phase consists of methanol(A) -water(B) for gradient elution (0-10 min, 10%-48% A; 10-20 min, 48%-80% A) , which was pumped at 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 210 nm, and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. The results suggested that the linear ranges was 0. 188-2. 820μg (r =0. 999 9) and the average recovery (n = 9) was 99. 3%. The method is simple, rapid, reliable, and can be used for the determination of Magnolia Grandlora L..
