| 摘 要： | 当今教育正处于变革之中，在这个背景下的初任教师专业素养问题值得研究者关注。初任教师是指工作1至3年的教师，在变革背景下初任教师应该具有稳固的教育信念，初步具有当代教育理念、完善的知识结构和适应于变革的能力体系。
