| Abstract: | The paper probes into the status and roles of consulting organization in the innovation system of industry cluster and considers that consulting organizations are in the controllable supporting network floor of industry cluster' s innovation system as a part of public service organization. They promote the progress of industry cluster' s technology study and the formation and perfection of industry cluster' s innovation system by three approaches, that is, all kinds of professional consulting service, employee' s training and the personnel flow. |
