| 摘 要： | 练兵处是清末新军编练的领导机关,练兵处的成立推动了清末的军事变革,成为中国陆军近代化的重要一环。张之洞作为地方督抚的代表,围绕练兵经费、营制饷章、后勤体制和学堂章制等方面同练兵处之间的关系既有调适,也有抵拒。透视张之洞与晚清练兵处错综复杂的关系,可以为我们透彻地了解晚清军事改革提供另一个视角。

| Abstract: | The Military Training Office,a leading organ to administrate recruit training,promoted military reform in late Qing Dynasty and played an important role in army modernization.As a representative of the local governors,Chang Chih-tung had coordination and discord with the Military Training Office on training funds,regulations in military establishment and payment,logistics systems and school systems.Analysis of their complicated relationship offers a new perspective to thoroughly understand the late Qing military reform. |
