| 摘 要： | 市场经济的基本规则就是竞争，没有竞争就没有进步；企业是参与市场竞争的主体，而主力军又是国有企业；国企要在市场竞争中生存与发展，就必须进行全方位创新。创新是国企的灵魂，是国企走出困境的成略选择，是国企走向振兴的源动力。
