| 摘 要： | 在生命最后四年多的日子里,周恩来为中国共产党初步形成以邓小平为核心的第二代领导集体做出了巨大的贡献。他大量解放和安置老干部,为打倒“四人帮”,为党的第二代领导集体比较顺利地接过革命的班奠定良好的组织基础;他对极“左”思潮的纠正和对全国各项工作的治理整顿,为日后党的第二代领导集体领导全国人民进行改革开放指明了前进的方向;他对邓小平的信任、培养和重用,为正在形成的党的第二代领导集体树起有力的核心。

| Abstract: | In the last four years of ZHOU En-lai's life, He made a great contribution to the preliminary formation of the Second Generation Leading Collective of the Chinese Communist Party whose leading nuclear was DENG Xiao-ping. ZHOU En-lai's efforts to emancipate of and arrange for placement of a great deal of old leading cadres laid a disciplinary foundation for the overthrow of the "Four Gangs" and for the Second Generation Leading Collective of the Party to succeed smoothly to the Revolution; He pointed out the way forward for the Party's Second Generation Leading Collective to carry out the "Open and Reform" policy by correcting the "Ultra-Left" trend of thought, regulating and straightening things out in every field of work; He appreciated, trusted in DENG Xiao-ping and put him in an important position thus set up a core for the Party's Second Generation Leading Collective which was taking shape then. |
