| 摘 要： | 许多企业在培训方面投入不少,但效果并不理想,培训工作已成为制约企业快速发展的瓶颈。企业可以通过提出合理规划,确定培训需求;合理设计,组织培训;加强培训效果评估;加快培训成果转化等措施来提高培训质量。

| Abstract: | Many companies spend a lot of money in training their staffs,but the effect is not always satisfactory.Now the training has become a bottleneck restricting the rapid development of enterprises,Steps should be taken to improve the quality of corporate training,such as： to forward reasonable planning,to identify training demands,to design and organize training rationally;to enhance the training assessment as well as to speed up the transformation of training results. |
