| 摘 要： | 提升教师素质,促进教师专业发展是教师培训的核心。通过对国家级音乐骨干教师培训在政策执行过程的实践研究,分析其存在的一些问题并提出改进措施,为进一步完善教师培训政策提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | The main purpose of teachers' training program is to promote teachers' quality and improve their professional development.Based on the study of practice in carrying out policies of training elite music teachers,this paper analyzes the existing problems and suggests some measures to be taken to perfect teachers' training program. |
