| 摘 要： | “区域创新能力”是涉及很多复杂因素的综合性能力，准确界定“区域创新能力”的概念和把握“区域创新能力”的构成要素十分困难。在归纳国内外相关研究的基础上，对区域创新能力的内涵及其构成要素进行了深入分析，以获得对区域创新能力的综合理解。
