| 摘 要： | 通过访问法和文献资料综合分析法，时江西省二、三线在训运动员人数的基本情况进行比较分析，认为三线在训运动员的成才率较低，而改变此种方法的唯一途径就是加强时后备人才培养体制改革，加强优势项目布局、教练员素质的培养以及建立完善的竞赛制度。

| Abstract: | This article makes a comparative analy sis on the general of the second and third class training athletes of Jiangxi Province by interviews and comprehensible synthetically documentary analysis.It holds that the atom-plashing rate of the third-class athletes is comparatively low,and the only way to change this situa-tion is to reinforce the reform of the reserving talents'training system,to strengthen the distribution of the su-perior prefects and the training of the coaches' quality,and to establish a perfect competing system. |
