| 摘 要： | 分析了图书馆现有组织体系的弊端和集群组织结构形式的优势,提出了图书馆信息集群组织结构模型。建议在有关部门的统一领导与协调下,各系统图书馆组成实质性信息集群共同体,这是解决彼此之间条块分割的有效途径。
