螯合物分解法制备微粉粒子

摘    要:用螫合物分解法制备了CaCO3、ZnO、PbTiO3微粉.实验结果表明当络离子稳定常数适宜时可得到纳米级微粉粒子;螫合剂和反应物的浓度,陈化温度和时间对形成的微粉粒子的形态和大小都有重要影响.

Abstract:The CaCO3, ZnO, PbTiO3 fine powers have been prepared by decomposition of chelates. The experimental results show that the nanometro-size powders of ZnO and PbTiO3 were obtained when the metal chelates have a medium stability constant. The shape and the size of the particles relative concentration of chelatating agents and reacting agents,and aging temperature and time.
