| 摘 要： | 工学结合是中外高等职业教育人才培养的共同经验和必由之路，是我国高职教育实现人才培养目标的有效模式。在我国工学结合的教育思想由采已久。国内外工学结合教育模式各有特色，但共同之处都是为企业（行业）服务，培养高技能人才。结合工作实践对工学结合人才培养模式的成功经验进行总结，对推进工学结合的进程有一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Combining working with learning is common experiences and the only way of the higher vocational education in China and foreign countries.It is an effective model of realizing our goal of the talent education of higher vocational education in China.The thought of combining working with learning has been long-standing in China.The educational models of combining working with learning each have its characteristics in China and foreign countries,but there is a common characteristic of serving for the enterprises and the fostering talent.It had been summed up the successful experiences of the fostering talent model with working practices.It will be used for reference to pushing process of combining working with learning. |
