| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性酒精中毒患者的护理效果。方法：回顾性分析该院急诊科2013年6月至12月收治的35例急性酒精中毒患者的救治和护理效果。结果：35例急性酒精中毒患者,有31例均在急诊科1~2天内治愈;2例并发胃出血、1例并发吸入性肺炎、1例并发右上肢桡骨骨折,经抢救病情稳定后转科。另外,针对不同的患者,采取了不同的护理措施,均获得了满意的效果。结论：急性酒精中毒患者除了应紧急抢救,防治并发症之外,还应加强对患者的护理,这不仅能提高治疗效果,而且能增强患者的生活信心,提高生活质量,有助于控制和预防复发。

| Abstract: | bjective： Investigate the effect of nursing care on patients with acute alcoholism. Methods： Retrospective analysis of therapeutic and nursing effect on 35 eases with acute alcoholism in the emergency department between 2013 June and Deqcember. Results： 35 cases of acute alcoholism patients were analysised, and 31 eases were cured in the emergency department from 1 to 2 days. 2 cases which complicated with gastric bleeding, 1 ease complicated with pneumonia and 1 ease with fight upper e tremity frac- ture were transferred when patient in stable condition after the rescue. In addition, satisfactory results were obtained wen different nursing measures were adopted on different patients. Conclusions： In addition to emergency rescue and prevention of creplications, patients care should also enhanced when treatment with acute alcoholism patients. Not only can improve the treatment eftet, but also can enhance the patient confidence in life, improve the quality of life, and contribute to the recurrence prevention and ectrol of alco- holism. |
