| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济的一体化和科学技术的迅猛发展，高新技术已成为推动经济发展的助力器。与发达国家相比，我国的高新技术企业不论是在总体上的发展、技术上的创新、人员上的管理等方面都存在较大的差距。因此，深入研究高新技术企业的总体成长，构建成长性指标体系，从而提高本企业的成功效率，进而提高中国高新技术产业的蓬勃发展显得格外重要。

| Abstract: | In recent years, with the global economic integration and rapid development of the science and technol- ogy, high -tech has become a booster to promote a eountry′s economy. There is a big disparity between developed countries＇ high -tech enterprises and ChinaS, such as general development, technical innovation, and personnel management. Therefore, it＇ s really vital to make an intensive study of high - tech enterprises＇ overall growth, to construct evaluation system of growth Index, then to improve the successful efficiency of the enterprises and eventu- ally to promote the vigorous development of China′s high - tech industry. |
