| 摘 要： | 科学有效地管理医院固定资产，于医院的生存、发展有着十分重要的作用。目前，医院的固定资产管理、财务等制度已经很难适应社会的快速发展，导致公立医院的固定资产管理存在很多问题。为研究医院固定资产管理的运行效果，本文主要分析了公立医院固定资产管理的现状及存在的问题，并提出了相应的解决措施，以提高公立医院的固定资产管理水平和经济效益。

| Abstract: | The scientific and effective management of hospital fixed assets, plays a very important role in the exist- ence and development of hospital. At present, the management of fixed assets, the hospital financial system has been difficult to adapt to the rapid development of the society, leading to the fixed assets management of public hospitals has a lot of problems. The operating results of the fixed assets management of the hospital, this article mainly analyzes the present situation of the fixed assets management of public hospitals and the existing problems, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, in order to improve the public hospital fixed assets management level and economic benefits. |
