| 摘 要： | 研究了中小型企业组织信息化的变革问题，首先，简单阐述了中小型组织的结构；其次论述了网络环境下信息化对组织结构的影响，并试图通过从信息化、技术创新、组织创新相结合的角度对中小型企业组织发展进行研究；最后，运用技术创新过程中的信息流描述，提出一种基于网络环境下的新型中小型企业组织结构模型。

| Abstract: | This text tries to study the transformation of the structure of the small and medium-sized enterprises.Firstly,we simply expatiate on the structure of the small and medium-sized enterprises.Secondly,discuss the influence of the structure of the small and medium-sized enterprises based on the network environment and study the structure of the small and medium-sized enterprises from the information technological innovation and structure innovation.Then we bring forward a new pattern structure. |
