莱州湾泥沙资源利用与国土综合整治

摘    要:对莱州湾的沉积环境演变趋势、泥沙资源及其沉积地貌形态进行了研究。结果表明,莱州湾泥沙资源主要包括黄河口沙嘴和莱州浅滩两部分,分别来源于黄河和山东半岛西北部河流输沙。北北西向的莱州浅滩相对高度达8m~10m,浅滩-2m等深线以上部分同刁龙嘴共同构成长达24km的堆积岬角,呈北西向伸入莱州湾中部-10m~-12m海域。随着黄河口沙嘴的不断向海延伸,预计2036年时黄河口沙嘴东南端-2m等深线至莱州浅滩西北端-2m等深线之间的距离将只有14km,2056年时将进一步缩小为5km,莱州湾内侧、外侧之间的连通性将大大减弱,内侧部分将变成一个大型泻湖,水动力条件将发生深刻变化。在此基础上,提出应当根据莱州湾内侧的泻湖化趋势,充分利用莱州湾泥沙资源,修建连接黄河口沙嘴和刁龙嘴的莱州湾跨海通道,其一期工程为修建莱州浅滩人工半岛。同时,对莱州湾跨海通道的效益、技术可行性、负面效应及黄河断流的影响等问题进行了研究。

Abstract:This paper has studied the evolutionary tendency of depositional environment, sediment resource and its geomorphic forms. The result shows that the sediment resource of the Laizhou gulf is made up of the Yellow River mouth sandspit and the Laizhou shoal, which origin from the Yellow river sediment and the river sediment of the north-west Shandong peninsula. In pace with the Yellow river spit stretching into the Laizhou gulf, the distance between the -2m isobath near the south-east spit and the -2m isobath near the north-west shoal becomes 14km at 2036A.D., and 5km at 2056A.D..The inner part of the Laizhou gulf has been turning into a great lagoon. In order to dredge the Laizhou gulf and its nearby region comprehensively, it argues that a passage connecting the Yellow river mouth spit and the Laizhou shoal using the sediment resource be constructed on the basis of the lagoonization of the inner Laizhou bay. It further proposes that the first stage of the project is to construct the artificial peninsula based on the Laizhou shoal, and the second is to construct the bridge connecting the sandspit and the artificial peninsula, and the third is to construct the dyke connecting the sandspit and the peninsula. Furthermore, the benefits, technological feasibility and negative effects of the passage project are outlined.
