| 摘 要： | 加强和改进大学生思想政治教育是一项重大而紧迫的战略任务。在新形势下，加强学生党建工作是深化大学生思想政治教育最为有效的途径。以学生党建工作为核心，深化大学生思想政治教育，一方面要以思想道德建设为基础，扎实全面地推进学生党建工作，另一方面要构建以学生党建工作为核心的大学生思想政治教育新机制。
