| 摘 要： | 文章利用波特五力模型构建图书馆的竞争模型,在深入分析图书馆竞争环境的基础上,对影响图书馆核心竞争强度的四种外部结构性竞争因素进行研究,确定了四种竞争因素的竞争力强弱顺序,并提出相应的图书馆竞争战略。
