| 摘 要： | 少数民族"双语"教学是新疆教育的重点工作之一。目前,少数民族"双语"教学工作取得了显著的成绩,但也存在不少问题。如何看待这些问题是人们非常关注的话题。文章就"双语"教学的定义和动因、民族语言的保存和发展、幼儿教育定位、数量和质量关系、在职教师转型、"双语"教师队伍建设等问题提出了见解。

| Abstract: | It is a very important work of "bilingual"education to minorities in Xinjiang Autonomous Region.Though much achievement has been made,there still some difficulties and problem existed,which is the topic draw-ing attention of the public.The author of the present article has provided some suggestions to the development of it from the definition of"bilingual"education,its causes,the preservation and development of minority languages,and the increasing the numbers of"bilingual"language teachers. |
