| 摘 要： | 通过对体育教学和健康第一的辩证认识，探讨体育与健康第一的关系，从转变教育观念，更改教材内容出发，突出健康第一思想在体育教学中的作用等方面来阐述体育教学中“健康第一”的指导思想的贯彻和落实，为全面提高学生身体素质打下坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | Through the dialectical understanding about physical education and healthy first, this essay roughly explores the relation between physical education and healthy first. This essay also expounds the implementation of the guiding ideology of healthy first in the physical education from the aspects of changing the education idea, altering the content of teaching materials, stressing the role of the idea of healthy first in the physical education, which prepares the students for bigger tasks ahead. |
