| 摘 要： | 传统的战略理论由于将单个企业置于一种单独决策和自由行动的状态而存在理论缺陷，企业网络理论试图弥补这一缺陷，指出企业的行为是嵌于社会网络的，企业网络能为成员提供多种竞争优势：隐性知识利益，信息利益，制度利益，但与此同时企业网络的长期约束效应不应被忽视，企业长期受到路径依赖、锁人效应、组织趋同效应的威胁。

| Abstract: | Theoretical fault exists in the traditional strategy theory because it puts a firm in the state of making policy lonely and acting freely. The firm network theory tries to make up for the fault:it points out that the action of the firm is inserted in the social network,and the firm network can offer many competition advantages to its members such as the intangible knowledge benefit,information benefit,and institution benefit. Meanwhile the effect of the long-term restrain should not be ignored. In the long run,the firm is threatened by path dependence,the lock-in effect,and the effect of structure similarization. |
