| 摘 要： | 无形财产与有形财产是企业运营过程中经常使用的资本 ,但长期以来 ,“有形财产为妻 ,无形财产为妾”的思想余孽仍残留在不少企业的经营管理人员的头脑中 ,然而 ,无数事实证明 :忽视无形财产等于忽视企业的生命 .而从法律角度入手 ,用有形的方式、方法、手段去经营、保护无形财产是每个企业经营管理者都必须首先树立起来的一种观念

| Abstract: | The invisible and visible property means the property commonly used in the course of the enterprises' operation. However, the management personnel are still influenced by the traditional concept of "taking visible property as wife and invisible property as concubine." Countless facts show that the ignorance of the invisible property means the ignorance of the enterprises' life. Therefore, the management personnel should have the new concept of using the visible means to manage and protect the invisible property. |
