| 摘 要： | 选取同一品种黄芪，比较研究了不同产地的黄芪质量。黄芪多糖采用硫酸．苯酚法测定，总灰分、浸出物的含量按2005年《中国药典》一部附录方法测定。结果表明，不同产地的黄芪中浸出物、总灰分、多糖、微量元素含量不同，山东黄芪中浸出物、总灰分含量均为最高，山西道地产区黄芪中多糖含量高。山西黄芪中微量元素铁、锰、铜、锌含量明显高于其他产地黄芪。

| Abstract: | The quality of the same variety of astragalus from different producing areas was analyzed. The polysaccharide was measured by phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetric method. According to the method from , the contents of extraction and total ashes were measured. The result showed that the contents of polysaccharide, extraction,total ashes and trace elements were different in astragalus from different producing areas.
