| 摘 要： | 以需求识别与规划、信息收集、信息分析、产品表达与提供、将产品转化为行动这5个竞争情报循环基本环节为判读标准，基于对近60个国外技术预见项目的过程与方法的全景式扫描和解读，对日本第八次技术预见、德国未来研究对话、欧洲信息社会技术预见等多个项目案例的过程和方法进行深入的研究，得到技术预见活动的情报学属性、技术预见预测研究的核心内容、竞争情报与技术预见整合的可能性等9个方面的研究发现。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing many foresight project cases, this paper describes technology foresight methods and procedures in terms of information demands, information collection, information analyses, information outputs offers, and the integration of technology foresight with the competitive intelligence. Based on the cross-disciplinary studies between competitive intelligence and technology foresight, 9 findings are shown in the paper. |
