| 摘 要： | 房地产投资基金的出现是房地产业发展到一定阶段的必然要求。房地产业投资基金的具体运作方式应着重考虑基金发起、投资方向、基金类型、组织形式等几个要素。我国应消除阻碍其房地产投资基金发展法律体制的瓶颈,尽快推出符合我国国情的房地产投资基金。

| Abstract: | The development of real estate industry to a certain level calls for the emergence of real estate investment funds. The performance of real estate investment funds should focus on initiating funds, direction of investment, type of funds, modes of organizing, etc. The obstacle of legal system should be clear away and establish the real estate investment funds as soon as possible. |
